Executive Chef and co-owner Ty Rowe, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., apprenticed nationally with the Marriot Hotel chain, later honing his skills in Europe. As well as over seeing the award winning cuisine at Bootleggers, he can be seen at numerous regional cooking demonstrations and competitions. He has also been featured on numerous TV cooking shows. His style favors simple, fresh flavors prepared in many international  cooking styles, using locally grown products to provide a seasonal menu, balanced with a blend of classical flavors and homestyle comfort food.
